Meditation: Our Father in the Heaven

..for us there is one God, the Father.
All things are from Him,
and we exist for Him.
And there is one Lord, Jesus Christ.
All things are through Him,
and we exist through Him.
1Cor 8:6
{including: The Names of God}

Preparation

{Inner chamber — Meditation}
When I come to Gd - I come to the Most Holy. He is the Lord of lords, King of kings, Gd Most High. I have to be prepared, I have to wait.
But I also come to the Throne of grace. This is my opportunity to meet Gd. It's possible by Jesus' sacrifice, by His blood - paid for our sins.

I Confess the sins and faults

Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my thoughts. See if there is any hurtful way in me, and lead me in the ancient way.
139:23-24

Approach

We are arriving at the most exciting phase of our meditation....
Note:
When I come to the Lord, I also come to the numerous created beings who is courting the heavenly throne
"you have come to Mount Zion,
to the city of the living God
to myriads of angels in festive gathering,
to the assembly of the firstborn
whose names have been written in heaven
to God who is the Judge of all,
to the spirits of righteous people made perfect,
to Jesus and
to the sprinkled blood"*
Heb 12:22

You will call to Me
and come and pray to Me,
and I WILL LISTEN to you.
You will seek Me and find Me
when you search for Me
with all your heart.
Jer 29:12

The things which are
impossible with men
are possible with Gd Lk 18:27
When approaching,
"The servants look at the hand of the Master
waiting until He arrive with his next step...
Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us then with confidence draw near to the Throne of Grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Heb 4:14-16
I give thanks
for the blood,
for the finished work and
for the glory.

I Adore You & praise You & magnify You Father, Your Yeshua name & Messiah rank,

His Names:

E
El Elyon
the "GOD MOST HIGH" name
This Name was revealed to Abraham through Melchizedek the High Priest, and his blessing marks the beginning of a new, messianic line of descent that runs — like a golden thread — throughout the biblical narrative. We must fix our attention on this line of ancestry that keeps coming to the fore, and we must come to know it. It shows us the meaning of Christianity, for the Messiah Heir, of the Abrahamic promises, comes according to this lineage: the order of Melchizedek. (studies)
Moreover, Melchizedek's name and rank prophetically represent Christ's calling and identity: Melech = King, Tzedek = Righteous, King of Shalem = Peace. Melchizedek, the king and High Priest of the Most High God, (Gen 14:18-19) representing the Messiah in every capacities, not to mention the heaven's blessing.
According to the 1Pt 2:10 Christians are the Melchizedek's Priesthood:
which obtains authority. (Melech)
this Priesthood obtains peace. (Shalom)
this Priesthood shares the fruit and peacefulness of the righteous (Tzedek)
Melchizedek's Priesthood shares royal blessing and peace in safety.
After his return from the defeat of Chedorlaomer and the kings who were with him, the king of Sodom went out to meet him at the Valley of Shaveh (that is, the King’s Valley). And Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine. (He was priest of God Most High.) And he blessed him and said,
“Blessed be Abram by God Most High,
Possessor of heaven and earth;
and blessed be God Most High,
who has delivered your enemies into your hand!”
And Abram gave him a tenth of everything.
Gen 14:17-20
Although God, the Most High, appears in this form only a few times, we can find this highest rank being invoked later. The well known story when King David found himself in a critical situation:
I cry out to God Most High,
to God who fulfills his purpose for me.
He will send from heaven and save me;
he will put to shame him who tramples on me.
Selah.
God will send out his steadfast love
  and his faithfulness!
Ps 57:2-3
G
El Gibhor
the "MIGHTY GOD" name
Isaiah wrote about a "child who was born" more than 700 years before the birth of Christ. He prophesied that Messiah would be “El” (the one true God) and Gibhor (the Mighty God).
“For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace”
Isaiah 9:6
We can see Him as the mighty God of ministry—commanding the weather as He calms the storm, dominating physical elements as He turns water into wine, overpowering diseases of the body and mind (and even the demons of Hell).
Contemplate and Pray
· As you pray, recognizing prophecy’s fulfillment in Jesus as El Gibhor, see His might in creation before His earthly life began; "all things were created through Him and for Him" (John 1:3, Colossians 1:16).
· Contemplate His power in rising from the grave and bow down before Him. And thank Him for His power, which gives you strength for every challenge and security for all eternity.

Attiyq Youm
the "ANCIENT OF DAYS" name
When We read in Genesis 1 we observe that God created time, days and nights, so God existed from before the beginning of time. God is often represented as ancient, as He that is “from everlasting to everlasting”. According to Daniel 7:9, 13, and 22, we learn that the Ancient of Days was seated on his mighty throne, and we see that someone who looked like the Son of Man came to the Ancient of Days on the clouds of heaven and was brought before Him. Later, in verse 22, Daniel testifies that “the Ancient of Days came, and judgment was rendered in favor of the saints of the Most High, and the time came for the saints to take possession of the kingdom.” This latter verse is closely connected to the inheritance of the faithful. Gd Almighty is the Ancient of Days Who is the Heavenly father for his children.
"Remember the former things of old, for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done, saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure.’"

O
El Olam
the "EVERLASTING GOD" name
What a wonderful thing to know that in a changing world, God does not change! Time does not alter God. Psalm 90:4 says, "For a thousand years in Your sight are like yesterday when it is past, and like a watch in the night."
Well, what do all these verses mean?
There are no surprises to God. As Corrie Ten Boom says, "There's no panic in Heaven." God knows the past and the future at the same time. Jesus is our El Olam. He is the King of the Ages. Hebrews 1:8 says, "Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom."
"For a thousand years in Your sight are like yesterday when it is past, and like a watch in the night." Ps 90:4
Abraham planted a tamarisk tree in Beersheba
and called there on the name of the LORD, the Everlasting God. Genesis 21:33
For He spoke, and it came into being;
He commanded, and it came into existence.
Ps 33:8-9
α
Alpha and Omega
the "BEGINNING AND END" name
Alpha is the first letter of the Greek alphabet. Omega is the last.
When revealing his kingdom, Jesus does not merely appear before humanity, but claims the highest rank of the Father, which signifies equality with the Most High.
Only the Creator God has right and ability to execute such a big things!
Rev 21. suggests the total cleansing and the dismissal of every evil thing, alongside the end of the satanic domain. Only the Alpha and Omega Gd has a plan, right and ability to do this. When this final era comes to an end, along with the consequences of sin, we will enter a new beginning: eternal life.
“I am the Alpha and the Omega,
the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord,
“who is and who was and who is to come,
the Almighty.”
Rev 1:8

He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.
And he who was seated on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.”
...
“It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the thirsty I will give from the spring of the water of life without payment.”
Rev 21:4-6
C
El Chay /Khay
the "LIVING GOD": "Elohim khayyim"
Chai or chay means life — it's the same root as l'chaim ("to life!"). El Chay, or its longer forms Elohim Chai and Elohim Chayim appears in various chapters, stories throughout the Bible. The notion of Elohim Chayim (both are plural) sets the Mighty God apart from all other deities or idols — emphasising the divine essence associated with vitality and existence.
The Hebrew word chay carries a wide semantic range: living, alive, having life, remaining alive, sustaining life, living prosperously, being quickened, reviving from sickness or discouragement or death — as well as vigorous, fresh, running (as of water)
Maybe it seems strange to you calling God a "living God" — until you see why ancient believers used this language. It was to distinguish their God from those of the surrounding pagan cultures, whose gods were made of stone and wood. He is a person - full of energy - and sometimes jealousy. Full contrast of the idols!
Bel bows down; Nebo stoops;
their idols are on beasts and livestock;
these things you carry are borne
as burdens on weary beasts.
They stoop; they bow down together;
they cannot save the burden,
but themselves go into captivity.
“Listen to me, O house of Jacob,
all the remnant of the house of Israel,
who have been borne by me from before your birth,
carried from the womb;
even to your old age I am he,
and to gray hairs I will carry you.
I have made, and I will bear;
I will carry and will save.
Isaiah 46:1-4
When we read Isaiah 46:1-4 the text couldn't be clearer: donkeys carry the idols of the nations, while Yahweh carries His people. Idols can't even save themselves; the Lord saves His people. The nations has struggle to appease their gods or goddesses. The God of Life has started an initiative. He started the reconciliation process for the humanity.
Jesus used this same truth in an entirely different way when debating the Sadducees — in Mark 12:26-27. He actually repeats a basic fact to them from Deut 5:26. Our God is the only God who is alive — the other gods being dead because they do not truly exist — but also because He is "the God of the living".
Jesus' argument from Exodus 3 is grammatically precise: if death ended the patriarchs' existence, God would have said, "I was the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob." The use of the present tense implies that they live on to worship Him. Moreover, God always keeps His promises, and His promises to the patriarchs — the new creation inheritance — can only be fulfilled if they will live forever. A common oath throughout the Old Testament "as the Lord lives" represents the core identity of the Jewish and Christian believers. Moreover in the New Testament we finally got the embodied promise : the living God among us.
Jesus' presence gives a living example of the living God: El Chay. He shakes all the religious system with his life-power. Peter's confession in Matthew 16:13-18 shows that Jesus' companionship provides a greater understanding of The Life He offers than anything written about him before.
The phrase from Peter's mouth: "Son of the living God" is reminiscent of the divine Name revealed to Moses — "I am who I am" — the One who is all life in Himself and of Himself. Peter's confession thus compressed an enormous amount of Old Testament revelation into a single sentence. And Jesus points out the status Peter inherited:
Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah! For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father... I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
In this way knowing El Chay has immanent effect on the health of the church and our faith. Maybe this is the fundamental rock, the base what Jesus mentioned here — not referring to Peter's status but His own mighty position as the Heir of the living and life giving God!
They (the idols) are the work of the craftsman and of the hands of the goldsmith; (..)
But the LORD is the true God; He is the living God and the everlasting King.
Jer 10:9-10
we bring you good news, that you should turn from these vain things to a living God, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and all that is in them.
Act 14:15
· Did you measured up the profound might of Gd - that he is living and he is dwelling among us? He is Immanuel : "Gd is with us".
· Did you understand the immanent danger of following mere theoretical "speakers who deal with Gd's person as a philosophy?

You show steadfast love to thousands, but you repay the guilt of fathers to their children after them..'

D
El Deah
the "GOD OF KNOWLEDGE" name
God is omniscient—He knows everything. Have you ever been called a know-it-all? Even if you knew all there was to know about this world, your capacity for knowledge would still not even come close to what God knows. God sees everything from beginning to end for eternity—all at one time. He is timeless like His knowledge. He cannot learn anything and nothing takes Him by surprise. Not only does God know everything that is going to happen, but He knows everything that is going to happen to you. He is just as knowledgeable about you, your thoughts, your desires, and your plans as He is about how many stars paint the sky and how many blades of grass cover the ground.
God does not expect us to know everything like He does. We don’t have to know everything or understand God’s ways in order to follow Him. But it is our responsibility to put our trust in Him.
"Talk no more so very proudly. Let no arrogance come from your mouth. For the LORD is the God of knowledge, and by Him actions are weighed."
1Samuel 2:3

Prayer & Praise

Write a prayer to your El Deah, the God of Knowledge.
Praise Him for His everlasting depths of knowledge.
Take comfort in the fact that you cannot ask Him anything that He does not already know the answer to.
B
YHWH-Bore
the "LORD CREATOR" name
Elohim is the purposeful, personal Creator. Jehovah-Bore is the powerful, pre-existing Creator. God is not only Elohim, but He is Jehovah-Bore. When He created the heavens and the Earth, He didn’t do it carelessly or spontaneously. He was intentional in how He created all things.
To this day, the same thing is happening: scientists are trying to unravel the mystery of creation. And time and again, they are confronted with the mysteries of the galaxy and the depths of the ocean. What is for God merely a thought and a command—for us, it is the work of a lifetime. When we get a little further, we can stop and marvel once more.
To God, the Almighty Creator, this is but a trifle. Look up at the sky! The next time you gaze at the stars, it’s worth saying aloud: “God spoke, and it came to be.”
{not mentioned but described as..} In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth"
Genesis
"Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator (Bore) of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom".

El Chuwl
the "GOD WHO GAVE YOU BIRTH" name
God is saying to His covenant bearer: "I made you, I saved you, I'm going to take care of you." God has made you for a purpose and He's going to take care of you.
You maybe think: God has plenty of other things to worry about! But the next passage prompts you to think otherwise. Seat back and relax! God is the caring God!
"But now, thus says the LORD, who created you, O Jacob, and He who formed you, O Israel:
“Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you. For I am the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior...”"
Isaiah 43:1-3 (b)
Take in all of what God says about His actions toward you:
created, formed,
redeemed,
called you by name,
and He will be with you.
If you have accepted his redemption - covenant: you are with Him. You are in His family!
As it says in Psalm 139, you were “fearfully and wonderfully made.” You are God’s “workmanship” (Ephesians 2:10) —His masterpiece! You were not an accident or a few careless paint strokes across a canvas. You were deliberately created by God to be loved by Him and led by Him.
God is saying in Isaiah 43, "I made you, I saved you, and I am going to take care of you." God made you for a purpose and He’s going to take care of you.
He is El Chuwl, the God Who Gave You Life.

A
Abba
the "FATHER" name
This Aramaic word literally means: "dad". It has implications... Galatians 4:6 says,
"And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, 'Abba, Father!'"
To some of you, this form of address may seem disrespectful; we usually speak to God differently, but Jesus called God, "Our Father," in Matthew 6:9 and He gave us that same right. He was freq referring to God as “our Father.” Meanwhile it is good to know: the term in both Aramaic and Greek was also used by adults to address their fathers, the claim that “Abba” meant “Daddy” is a bit misleading. When we read prayer Jesus' words give us a broader insight on his relationship with the Mighty Father.
Pray then like this:
“Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name...”
The apostolic circle, Jesus's first follower had no problem with this . Jesus told them - they were praying like this.
They deeply understood their new situation. They were given a position they had never had before, and more importantly, they have given a close relationship with the heavenly Father, God. He gave His Son to restore this relationship, and He sent His mighty Spirit for the sake of this fellowship:
For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!”
The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God..
Roman 8:14-16
R
El Roi
the "GOD WHO SEES" name
El Roi (אֵל רֳאִי) means "The God who sees." Some commentator renders it "all-seeing God." The root ro'i derives from ra'ah, meaning "to see, perceive, and understand." This makes the name very personally: "the God who sees me."
El Roi was first revealed in the Bible to Hagar. She was Sarah’s handmaiden, who became pregnant with Abraham’s child and, after difficulties with Sarah, fled to the wilderness. It was in this wilderness that God met Hagar—saw her—and bestowed grace and mercy upon her. God found her in this wilderness pregnant, broken, lonely, rejected, friendless, poverty- stricken, and no doubt frightened by the circumstances of life. The narrative in Genesis 16 gives no indication that Hagar was in pursuit of God — but it is clear He, the Mighty was in pursuit of her. When life was as desperate as it could get, God saw her. Then she recognized the approach. The Mighty didn't just see her circumstances — He saw her humanity.
The name somehow contrasts with "El Elyon" (God Most High) : the divine sovereignty over creation rather than intimate attention to individual life (and our sufferings). In Genesis 16:13, when the angel identifies as El Roi, it affirms that God's seeing is not a kind of detached observation but a foundation for further compassionate action. The preview of the Christ is crystal clear: Jesus had so many special encounters with people who were "unseen" — whether healing, forgiving sin, or encouraging faith — that He was continually making people feel seen: not forgotten, worthless, or shameful.
El Roi models a recognizable (fractal) pattern where divine awareness precedes deliverance — a theme echoed in Exodus 3:7–8, where God "sees" Israel's oppression and acts to free them.
King David also knew God as El Roi, according to Psalm 139:16 — noting that God sees not only what is, but also what will be. Since he is timeless, "Everlasting Gd" He not only sees us; He sees every one of our days...
The LORD looks down from heaven;
he sees all the children of man;
from a where he sits enthroned he looks out
on all the inhabitants of the earth,
he who fashions the hearts of them all
and observes all their deeds.
Ps 33:13-15
My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret,
intricately woven in the depths of the earth.
Your eyes saw my unformed substance;
in your book were written, every one of them,
the days that were formed for me,
when as yet there was none of them.
Ps 139:15-16
The heart is deceitful above all things,
and desperately sick;
who can understand it?
“I the LORD search the heart
and test the mind,
to give every man according to his ways,
according to the fruit of his deeds.”
Jer 17:9-10

Prayer

Let your visions give us peace in Your safety and awareness in our heart. Living and understanding: "Coram Deo".
On the other hand: Let your visions work through us: Let them be visible through Your Family, through our earthly families and be represented on the Earth, all around: The fear of Gd is the beginning of the wisdom (insight) (Proverbs 1:7, and Psalm 111:10)

El Shaddai
the "GOD ALMIGHTY" name
God is not just your Father or your Lord who sees you. He is God Almighty. Here in the Book of Genesis, we can see the immutable, unbreakable promise that God made to Abram. He was, is, and always will be faithful to His people. This God that kept His promise to Abram is the same God that keeps His promises to us through Jesus Christ. The Hebrew word Shaddai speaks of the God who nurtures and cares for His children. God is not just the living God; He is the giving God.
Are you aware that your God is boundless? His faithfulness and providence never fail! He cares for you and will keep His promises.
"When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to Abram and said to him, 'I am Almighty God; walk before Me and be blameless. And I will make My covenant between Me and you, and will multiply you exceedingly.'"
Genesis 17:1-2
Ah, Lord GOD! It is You who have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing is too hard for you.
..
Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is anything too hard for me?
Jer 32:17. 27
Whether it’s strength, satisfaction, sufficiency, or peace, your God—your El Shaddai, God Almighty—is the only One who can supply it. If you look to the world for any of these things, you will be disappointed. Make a promise to rely solely on God to meet your needs. Matthew 6:33 says, “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” Remember what God asked of Abram when He gave His promise to him. “Walk before Me and be blameless.” God is not just someone we go to in order to get what we need. God Almighty wants us to be holy and righteous.

Elohim
the "CREATOR" name
Genesis 1:1 says, "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth." It literally says, "In the beginning, Elohim created the heaven and the earth."
All three personal Shape form were present in creation. We must read and meditate on this verses :
John 1:3.
the Jews said to him,
“You are not yet fifty years old, and have you seen Abraham?”
Jesus said to them,
“Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I am.”
John 8:58
The latter verse from the gospel of John tells us something really exciting :
"Before Abraham was, I am" (John 8:58) is one of Jesus’ most important statements in the New Testament, in which he directly refers to his divine nature and eternal existence. The phrase "I am" (Greek: ego eimi) is God’s self-revelation in the Old Testament; In this way, by using this, Jesus affirmed His equal dignity and His eternal nature—that is, His timeless existence prior to Abraham.
Aren't you glad we find the Savior in the very beginning? Aren't you glad we find the Holy Spirit here,working on the task.. Aren't you glad we find the Father here... the Word of God?

Ps 33:8-9
For He spoke, and it came into being;

Later, in Isaiah 9:6, the Bible says, "For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given." A child is born speaks of Jesus' humanity. A Son is given speaks of Jesus' deity.

YHWH-Nissi
the "LORD OUR BANNER" name
All Victory belongs to Jehovah-Nissi, the Banner: His Name should be lifted high. He is the banner that goes before us into battle.
..the LORD said to Moses,
“Write this for a memorial in the book and recount it in the hearing of Joshua, that I will utterly blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under Heaven.”
And Moses built an altar and called its name, “The-Lord-Is-My-Banner.”
Exodus 17:14-15
The Lord is a reigning banner over us all the time. The Hebrew word for banner comes from the root word “to be high” or “raised.” You use a banner in order to announce something visually. This was the name given to the altar that Moses erected to commemorate the defeat of the Amalekites at Rephidim (see Exodus 17:8-15). Just as God was JHVH -Nissi for Moses and the Israelites, He is JHVH -Nissi for us today. The Lord goes before us and behind us to give us the victory .
Apart from the Lord, there is no victory. Exodus 14:14 says, “The LORD will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.” In other words, you should only be still/silent. God will fight for you. Apostle Paul says:
If God is for us,
who can be against us?

· Remember: Write down some ways God has fought for you or been faithful to you.
· Recount: Tell others how God has been faithful to you.
Banners are not meant to be hidden or ignored. They are meant to announce something great.
