We are wrong... 

We thing that we can work out this situation by lent and prayer.

But we are wrong. Our hearts are hard, our mouth are filled with empty cliché. Our congregations are cold, sometimes filled with filia but rarely filled with agape. We are not representing Him – just talking. TED talking, conducting conferences - like the World.
Our mindset has been lured by the orators. We are now trapped because of this.

Dan 9. is true with all the described self indulgence.

We the "Christians" have ceased the salty life.
We have ceased to be salty.


We are wrong.

The World's pride/filth/violence factor increased by idolatry - since the church's Nicolaite factor increased by the permissiveness.

The World's braveness in fleshy actions are growing - since the church's cowardice in fleshy actions is growing. 

We have unrepentant heart and ignorance:
we've turned away from the living Logos, the incarnate Devar, the personal Word we have stubbornly followed our created doctrines, commandments – without Compassion and Mercy.
 
We're wrong – Now, we are facing the merciless spirit.
Make sure that you do not reject the One who speaks. For if they did not escape when they rejected Him who warned them on earth, even less will we if we turn away from Him who warns us from heaven. His voice shook the earth at that time, but now He has promised, “Yet once more I will shake not only the earth but also heaven.” This expression, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of what can be shaken — that is, created things — so that what is not shaken might remain.
Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us hold on to grace. By it, we may serve God acceptably, with reverence and awe, for our God is a consuming fire.
Heb 12:25

Then he opened their minds to understand the Scriptures, and said to them,
“Thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer and on the third day rise from the dead, and that repentance and forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed in his name to all nations..”

Guilt or Throne? spiritual, mental hygiene, mutual need, purification, confidence, etc. This article is part of the "Vitalize" pack Dear saints and beloved! I recently visited a church which has a beautiful family life but suffers from a typical 21 century sickness. The guilt. Interestingly, leaders have told me that members are not as eager to come and get their lives back on track when they commit sins. They simply do not confess them openly.
