Who is more than just an escort !

Many churches use a specific Bible verse as a Trinitarian benediction because it mentions Jesus Christ, God the Father, and the Holy Spirit together in a single blessing.
However we have a great encouragement through this passage which strengthen our faith in the living God and specially the relationship with His sent, mighty holy spirit.
2 Corinthians 13:14, the final blessing in Paul's second letter to the Corinthians says:
"May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all"
2Cor 13:14
Our key phrase here is "the fellowship of the Holy Spirit". The Greek word behind "fellowship" is κοινωνία (koinōnia), which can mean:
•fellowship
•communion
•participation
•sharing
•partnership
So the idea is richer than merely having the Holy Spirit present. Paul is praying that believers experience communion, partnership, and close participation with the Holy Spirit. Some Christians paraphrase this as living in companionship with the Holy Spirit, although the origin is reacher and deeper.

You may also be thinking of Philippians 2:1, where Paul speaks of "participation in the Spirit" (some translations render it "fellowship of the Spirit"), which is a related idea. For the apostolic heart, the unity of the Church is inconceivable without an intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit:
if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort from love, any participation in the Spirit, any affection and sympathy, complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind.
Philip 2:1

prayer

Almighty Lord, many strive to promote the work of the united Church. Yet very few are filled with the Holy Spirit and the strength, power and wisdom that come with it. I thank You for the Holy Spirit You have sent. I ask that the reader, too, may recognise the importance of this connection: that we seek, above all else, the Kingdom of God and His righteous and merciful love, before all methods and teachings, and in place of all other endeavours. We have received Him, the Holy Spirit, not simply as our partner but close companion. Jesus Himself sent Him to us – thus we have the opportunity for a close relationship.
Amen
