Childhood under guardians

Now I say that as long as the heir is a child, he differs in no way from a slave, though he is the owner of everything. Instead, he is under guardians and stewards until the time set by his father. In the same way we also, when we were children, were in slavery under the elemental forces of the world.

The completion: Redemption and Adoption

When the time came to completion, God sent His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those under the Law, so that we might receive adoption as sons.

The New Status: Sonship, Hereditary position, Heritage

And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba, Father!” So you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God.

The Birds of farmer Joseph

 Once a farmer lived in a valley of full bearings. His name was Joseph. He planted fabulous gardens amongst century old trees. His roses and flowery shrubs beckoned the groggy bees from miles. His fruit trees were full of cindrous peaches, flushing pears and honey coloured almonds. People from far countries admired the plants of farmer Joseph. But the neighbouring farmers didn’t envy farmer Joseph for his plants but for his birds. The sounds of twitter always could be heared in his orchard, light of the brilliant colourful feathers blinked from everywhere. The birds stormed from branch to branch. Many people wanted to find out the secret of the farmer. How can it be possible that these many rare birds stay at the farm when the other valleys meet only with ordinary orioles and nightingales?
