You can’t just “tack it on” to all the other things you’d like to do with your life. You must say, like Jesus, “Father,… I want your will, not mine .” Luke 22:42 (NLT) . You yield your rights, expectations, dreams, plans, and ambitions to him. You stop praying selfish prayers like “God bless what I want to do.” Instead you pray, “God help me to do what you’re blessing!” You hand God a blank sheet with your name signed at the bottom and tell him to fill in the details. The Bible says, “ Give yourselves completely to God—every part of you…to be tools in the hands of God, to be used for his good purposes .” Romans 6:13b (LB) . If you will commit to fulfilling your mission in life no matter what it costs, you will experience the blessing of God in ways that few people ever experience. Fake!

Pre We have left 2020 behind us. Everyone has probably seen and heard fake and untrue news on TV, on the internet or from people they know in the immediate vicinity. The time has come when not only images but also video material can be created almost completely altering the original information or character. Different words than the original are put into people's mouths in the media, different gestures are made, small differences, big differences, not conveying quite the same original thinking. Not quite the same & almost the original. This is the alchemy of the liar. Since the Scriptures are the Word of the Everlasting God, it is not surprising that they prophetically foretell the events that are to come. Therefore, we can anticipate that the lies of the evil one will spread in many new areas and in new ways. Family Matters

by Sean Hammond {parts of the sermon} Introduction You know, here at Everyday Church, we are generally not in the habit of violating the Ten Commandments. Hopefully, you’ll be encouraged by that! But I was thinking recently that as a church, it has been a little while since we violated a Commandment. So I thought, seeing as we haven’t done it for a while, why don’t we violate the 5th commandment together today! I mean, it's good enough for Jesus, so why not us as well, right? Verses While you’re getting your head around that, let’s read today’s verses together: Then Jesus entered a house, and again a crowd gathered, so that he and his disciples were not even able to eat.
